The service
RoomFlow is software for hotel housekeeping operations. It is not a property management system, reservation system, or payment processor for guests. You remain responsible for PMS data, guest contracts, and legal obligations of the hotel.
Accounts
The hotel administrator is responsible for who has access, which role they hold, and for keeping credentials private. Demo accounts are for evaluation. Do not store real guest personal data in a shared demo environment.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break into the service, scrape other hotels’ data, or use RoomFlow to send spam. We may suspend access that threatens the product or other customers.
Availability
We aim for a reliable service but do not currently offer a formal uptime SLA. Plan for the same operational backups you use for any cloud tool: a printed floor list still matters in a blackout.
Liability
RoomFlow is provided as operations software. We are not liable for walked guests, reviews, payroll, or other hotel outcomes that depend on how the property is run. Paid contracts, when issued, may set additional commercial terms.
